Breathwork for Ascension: 3 Advanced Techniques to Raise Your Vibration Fast

On the exhale, release through the nose while silently repeating “I am open to divine wisdom.” Visualize soft indigo or violet light glowing at the center of your forehead. Repeat for 5–8 cycles.

3. Heart-Body Coherence Breath: For Raising Overall Vibration
This one brings your heart, mind, and body into harmony — a fast way to shift from stress into a coherent, high-vibe state.
How to do it: Place one hand on your heart. Breathe slowly and deeply: inhale for 5 counts (feeling love or gratitude), hold for 5, exhale for 5 (releasing anything not aligned with love). As you breathe, imagine your heart energy expanding outward like golden light filling your entire aura. Continue for 3–5 minutes.
